New York Attorney General Letitia James just won't quit the lawfare targeting Donald Trump. She posted this video on X along with the statement:
We're suing over the free rein Donald Trump gave Elon Musk and DOGE to access Americans’ private information.
Musk and DOGE want to use this information to cut vital services that Americans rely on — from health care to education.
This is unacceptable and illegal.
Today, I am leading 18 attorneys general in suing to stop this attack.
President Trump doesn’t have the power to give your private information to anyone he wants.
And his unelected billionaire friend can’t cut federal spending with the click of a button.
