French police arrested a man who attacked three women with knives before being pinned down by bystanders and detained by an off-duty officer, according to Interior Minister Laurent Nunez. The incident happened near Porte de Clichy, where the man used two kitchen knives to assault the women, aged 19, 24, and 36, leaving two of them seriously injured.
