Nothing says you want people free like burning down the one court that can actually set people free. Unless they're guilty, of course.
Anyway, this person is seen spilling fluid on the ground and lighting it on fire at an immigration courthouse.
UPDATE: The FBI says a man accused of setting off an incendiary device outside a federal building in New York City has been identified as 43-year-old former U.S. Army soldier Andrew Arrabaca. He served from 2001 to 2005 as a Patriot missile systems mechanic. According to the FBI, Arrabaca allegedly poured gasoline on the ground, lit it with a lighter and a firework, and caused flames to spread. Investigators say he then pulled out an airsoft rifle and fired five to seven pellets.
