I guess San Francisco is lovely during the middle of the day when a tow truck driver tries stealing your car in broad daylight. You can hear someone say “wtf are you doing” as the tow truck backs up, tries securing a car illegally, and then speeds off when he gets caught. I guess ‘Specialty Towing’ will have some questions to answer from the police. Is that even a real company?
