Reports are coming in hot about Hunter Biden after he was pardoned by the Big Daddy President Joe. Hunter’s former landlord says the president’s son owes $300,000 in overdue rent.
The former landlord, Shaun Maguire, claims he rented a California home worth $4.25 million to Hunter Biden back in 2019. Maguire claims Hunter Biden tried to pay rent with his personal art projects. The landlord wants to know if that rent owed by Hunter Biden is forgiven in the pardon, or does Hunter have to eventually pay it back, according to reports.
Hunter Biden’s pardon is a “a full and unconditional pardon” that can be applied to any federal crimes he committed during the date of the pardon. The dates are January 1, 2014 to December 1, 2024 – nearly 11 years worth of potential federal crimes just get wiped aware.
Fox News reported on Hunter Biden’s alleged owed rent, providing a quote from landlord Shaun Maguire:
Shaun Maguire, a partner at venture capital firm Sequoia, responded to the news of Hunter Biden’s pardon by claiming on social media that the president’s son owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid rent.
“So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020? Is that pardoned now? Thanks Joe,” Maguire wrote in a post on X.
