President Joe Biden hushed a woman, insisting that she let him talk for a second. She may have interrupted him first, but President Joe Biden seemed to be quite annoyed at her and snapped on video.

Biden said: “No! Let me talk for a second, I’m professor Biden from Penn.. I’ve been to a lot of University campuses. As a matter of fact, for four years, I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and this really is an impressive place with a lot of impressive students.”
Biden was listed as a professor at Penn but he never taught a full course of classes. Joe Biden was named a professor for what may have been name recognition and promotional or speaking at lectures (but not teaching) so as to make Penn look more attractive to prospective students and for graduates seeking jobs.
