President Donald Trump could be facing a second impeachment if he does not resign according to recent reports and demands from notable figures such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. A recent report suggests that at least 200 members of Congress support the calls for the impeachment of President Donald Trump if he does not meet Nancy Pelosi’s demand to resign and remove himself from office. According to a report on CNET, the House Democrats are in the midst of preparing new impeachment articles against Trump, citing a “incitement of insurrection” and plan to enact it on Monday, January 11 -…
President Donald Trump has been banned from numerous social media platforms and several others after the incident that took place on January 6 at the Capitol. Various platforms have suggested Trump supported it or incited it and have taken measures to ban his presence on their platforms in hopes to prevent further insurrection acts, at least until President-elect Joe Biden is inaugurated and the peaceful transfer of power takes place. Here is a list of platforms and websites that President Donald Trump is banned from, thus far. One should note that some of these bans are not direct bans on…
A laptop has been reported as stolen from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Jeff Merkley’s offices. This took place allegedly during the siege on the Capitol by pro-Trump protesters. The Democratic House Speaker’s aid, Drew Hammill, reported that the laptop was used for presentations and was designated for a conference room, as reported by Reuters. It is unclear what documentation or files are on the missing laptop and Hammill did not comment further on the situation of the missing laptop. In terms of Merkley’s missing or stolen laptop, he claims it was taken out of his office. There appears…
Sen. Joe Manchin, a West Virginia Democrat, has said “absolutely not” about sending Americans much needed $2k stimulus checks. Joe Biden, President-elect, would like to have them sent out. Numerous Democrats have agreed to it and even some Republicans. Manchin said getting people vaccinated is “job No. 1” per a report on The Hill. The proposed $2k stimulus checks received much support from many Democrats and President Trump, but GOP Senators were quick to push that into obscurity, leaving many Americans with only a check for $600 – and not everyone has received it yet, and not everyone qualifies. Trump…
President Donald Trump has now stated that he will not attend the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden. Trump posted his message on Twitter, saying, “to all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.” Trump has also stated last night that he will focus on providing a “smooth, orderly, and seamless transition” of power to Joe Biden according to a report on Fox News. Their report quoted Trump saying “This moment now calls for healing and reconciliation.” The president followed up his anti-inauguration message an hour later, addressing his followers. That message…
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has demanded that Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley resign after protesters breached the Capitol in DC. She said they should resign or face consequences and expulsion from Congress, even though Ted Cruz issued a statement against the behavior in DC. Ted Cruz wrote the following about the incident in DC: “The attack at the Capitol was a despicable act of terrorism and a shocking assault on our democratic system. We must come together and put this anger and division behind us. We must, and I am confident we will, have a peaceful and orderly transition of…
President Donald Trump has been banned from Facebook and Instagram indefinitely as stated in a blog post by Mark Zuckerberg. He stated that Trump’s decision to use Facebook to condone the horrific behavior and actions of his supporters, instead of condemning it, has caused disturbance. Facebook removed statements made by the president on the grounds his words might “provoke further violence.” Zuckerberg stated the ban on Trump would be indefinite and last at least until the peaceful transition of power to Joe Biden. We believe the risks of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period…
The Democratic candidates in the Georgia runoff election are projected to win both contests and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s power is in jeopardy. If both Democrats officially win, then McConnell will lose his power after six years in control of the Senate. McConnell was recently criticized by people on both sides of the political spectrum after he continuously blocked stimulus checks of $2,000 going to most Americans, leaving them with $600. It’s speculated that his decision to not support helping Americans with more funds, while millions went overseas, might have cost some Georgian votes for the Republican candidates. Republicans…
Joy Behar tells Meghan McCain who returned from maternity leave: “I did not miss you. Zero.” (video)
Co-hosts of The View got into a heated moment during the show when Joy Behar told Meghan McCain “I did not miss you” after she returned to work from maternity leave. It all went down when the hosts were talking about political parties and if there should be more of them, particularly more than the main two of Democrats and Republicans. Of course, as with many political discussions, this one also went a bit haywire and the pair began to bicker during the show. Behar said: “Let the Republicans fight amongst themselves… On the one hand, you have the Republicans,…
GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy has officially taunted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with a recent video that has already received over 1 million views. McCarthy issued a statement to Pelosi, who was recently elected for the fourth term as House Speaker, and his message was simple: “Hey Nancy Pelosi: Our freshman class is bigger than yours.” McCarthy included a video showing numerous members of the incoming class of lawmakers, essentially bragging to her about the people who won elections, despite him losing his own to Pelosi in the bid for House Speaker. Pelosi, who is the only woman to serve as…
Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) made a statement that she will object to the certification of Joe Biden’s electoral college victory in the 2020 election. Loeffler posted the following message in a statement and she also mentioned this while on stage with President Donald Trump during an event leading up to the Georgia runoff election. Loeffler made an announcement on her Twitter page about her planned objection. Her post showed a screenshot of her statement. The official statement was posted on Senate.gov and stated the following: The American people deserve a platform in Congress, permitted under the Constitution, to have election…
President-elect Joe Biden has released a statement after Democrat Nancy Pelosi was reelected to serve her fourth term as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Biden’s statement congratulated Pelosi and suggested that she is one of the most effective and accomplished legislators in American history. The statement was made on the BuildBackBetter website, one that Biden’s campaign uses to post updates and statements from the future president. This comes shortly after Pelosi squared off with Republican Kevin McCarthy in a narrow race, in which she edged McCarthy by a margin of 216 to 208. Those submitting votes were permitted…
President Donald Trump has filed two lawsuits against Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, over a leaked phone call that was posted by The Washington Post, per a report by RNC Chairman David Shafer. Shafer posted on social media the following message announcing the lawsuits, both federal and state. His message said, “President @realDonaldTrump has filed two lawsuits – federal and state – against @GaSecofState,” Shafer tweeted. “The telephone conference call @GaSecofState secretly recorded was a ‘confidential settlement discussion’ of that litigation, which is still pending.” Shafer posted a second message stating the following, “The audio published by @TheWashingtonPost is…
President Donald Trump plans to give Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) the Presidential Medial of Freedom, per a report on the Washington Post. Trump said back in October of 2018 that he thought Nunes deserved a a “medal of honor” for how he handled the Department of Justice during the investigation into the 2016 election and alleged Russian meddling. Back in 2018, Trump denied that there was any collusion among Russian operatives and his campaign in relation to the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton. Trump, at the time, also spoke against Robert Mueller and his investigation. GOP members often labeled the…
Nancy Pelosi has been reelected as Speaker of the House of Representatives. The 80-year-old Democrat won a close vote over Republican Kevin McCarthy. The vote was 216 to 208, in favor of Pelosi. This is her fourth time serving as Speaker. She was elected in 2007, 2009, and 2019. This is the second time Pelosi has served two consecutive years as Speaker of the House. Those voting could technically vote for anyone or simply mark themselves as present. As a result, per a report on the NY Post, there were two votes for other candidates and three of the lawmakers…
President Donald Trump spoke with the GA Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger and his attorney, Ryan Germany, and they discuss the results of the election in Georgia. President Trump suggests that there was election fraud and the others appear to disagree. Someone leaked the recorded phone call and Washington Post released a four minute cut of it to the public today. Trump, at one point in the call, suggests he would like to find 11,780 votes, because that’s one more than what Biden won Georgia by (per the recording). Joe Biden won Georgia by 11,779, but President Trump claims “there’s…
Numerous GOP senators plan to object to the certification of the election results on January 6. This movement is lead by Sen. Ted Cruz, as the group claims that the November 3rd presidential election “featured unprecedented allegations of voter fraud and illegal conduct” per a report on Fox News. Those who plan to object to the results on January 6 are demanding that Congress conducts a 10-day emergency audit of the election results in states that are being disputed. The lawmakers are citing a case from 1877, between Rutherford Hayes and Samuel Tilden, that documented fraudulent allegations that possibly occurred…
President Donald Trump vetoed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), but his veto was overridden by the House who took a vote on it. The NDAA previously passed the Senate with a overwhelming majority vote of 84-13, said to be “veto proof” (happened earlier in the month) but that appears to not be the case. Senate previously voted to limit debate on it as well, with that vote coming in at 80-12 and only 60 votes were needed for that. A two thirds vote was required to overturn Trump’s veto and the numbers came in at 81-13 CBS News reports…
Mitch McConnell does it again. The Senate Majority Leader has blocked a quick vote on $2,000 stimulus checks and also referred to them as “socialism for rich people” in another strike down of the request by President Trump and numerous Democratic supporters. McConnell blocked the quick vote on the Senate floor and clashed with Democrat Minority Leader, Chuck Schumer. McConnell stated on the Senate floor, that “the data show that many upper-middle class Americans have kept their jobs, work remotely and remain totally financially comfortable. On the other hand, some of our fellow citizens have had their entire existences is…
PA Republican Sen. Pat Toomey has officially objected to sending Americans a stimulus check for $2,000. He stated on Tuesday he would do that, and today, he did that despite the House approving the legislation and then passing it off to the Senate. Toomey, whose salary is about $174,000 per year, suggests the money would be going to people who didn’t need it. Toomey claimed it was “money we don’t have” to send the $2,000 checks to Americans, however part of the relief package, in one form or another, is sending millions to other countries for various programs and those…
Whomever was running the Twitter account for Walmart today called Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) a “soreloser” after the Republican said he would object to the Electoral College results coming up next week, in support of President Donald Trump. Hawley stated he would object to some of the states in which President-elect Joe Biden had won. Hawley’s statement prompted a response from the Walmart Twitter account and the message to him stated “Go ahead. Get your 2 hour debate. #soreloser.” Hawley responded by saying “Thanks @Walmart for your insulting condescension. Now that you’ve insulted 75 million Americans, will you at least…
United States District Judge Leslie Gardner, sister of former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, has blocked two counties in Georgia from removing over 4,000 voters and not permitting them from voting in the upcoming runoff elections on January 5th. This is a runoff election that will help determine which political party takes control of the Senate. The federal judge took the side of a voter registration group called Majority Forward and “Gamaliel Warren Turner, a Georgia voter, in their challenge to efforts by the boards of elections in Ben Hill County and Muscogee County that targeted a total of 4,185…
President Donald Trump posted a video on his Twitter feed that says “Trump stands for peace” and shows what appears to be the medal used for the peace prize. This part of the video seems like an attempt to either imply he won the Nobel Peace Prize or simply indicate that he was nominated. It’s unclear and appears to be left for the viewer to craft their own interpretation of the imagery. However, there’s one big problem. Trump’s video used the wrong medal. The medal that Trump’s video used, which was viewed by over 8 million people, was actually something…
Those hoping for the $2,000 stimulus check in a time of need will be sadly disappointing. However, stimulus checks for $600, half of the previous check that was $1,200, were slated to begin shipping out last night, according to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. He posted the following message on social media, stating that “@USTreasury has delivered a payment file to the @FederalReserve for Americans’ Economic Impact Payments. These payments may begin to arrive in some accounts by direct deposit as early as tonight and will continue into next week (1/2). Mnuchin’s second post stated, that “Paper checks will begin to…
Mitch McConnell has now blocked the efforts to unanimously pass the House measure that would increase the $600 stimulus checks to $2,000. The Republican Senate Majority Leader offered no reason why he rejected the idea that was previously supported by the House and pushed ahead by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Many Democrats and some Republicans had supported the increase, at least on the surface, and the House approved it. The concept was then pushed to Senate for a vote and so far McConnell appears to be rejected the unanimous pass. The effort is not yet ended, but McConnell essentially put…
The time has come for Lori Loughlin to be released from federal prison and she was set free today. She served two months in the slammer after she was busted for paying about $500,000 in bribe money to get both of her daughters into college and the role in a big bribery scheme for college admissions. She served her time in a California jail in Dublin. Her hubby, Mossimo Giannulli (fashion designer), is still serving his hard time in a five-month sentence. He’s locked up in Lompoc, which is close to the Santa Barbara area of California, per a report…
President Donald Trump has now signed an enormous spending package giving relief to the pandemic situation and funding the government agencies until at least September. The cost comes it at $2.3 trillion with $900 billion going to pandemic relief and $1.4 trillion to spend on the government agencies, transit system, and even giving an increase for food stamp benefits, per a report on AP. Trump gave Congress a stipulation, stating the following “I will sign the Omnibus and Covid package with a strong message that makes clear to Congress that wasteful items need to be removed.” He also stated that…
While the United States government bickers over a relief bill that includes direct payments to most Americans, it was Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley who came up with a solution that was only two sentences long. This was quite the decrease from the 5,000+ pages in the Congress version of the relief bill. The famed Cheers actress posted her idea on social media and over 54,000 people “liked” it so far. She kept it quite simple and said, “Here’s my bill…. it has 2 items. Congress takes no pay for 6 months. Americans receive $1,000 a month for 6 months. End…
Merry Christmas to anyone looking for a mysterious gingerbread monolith to mysteriously appear, because that’s exactly what happened in Corona Heights Park in San Francisco. Instead of it being a messy creation put together by family and friends, this one is gigantic and probably edible, but not exactly suggested because it’s been sitting outside for a while collecting dust and dirt on the icing and gooey gumdrops. The gingerbread monolith continues the craze of the mysterious monoliths that have been appearing in random locations across the globe, sparking hilarious conversations and random thoughts of “who done it.” Josh Ackerman was…
President Donald Trump has made another call for $600 stimulus checks to be increased to $2,000. This is at least his second public call for the stimulus amount to be increased for the American people. The president posted his message on Twitter, saying: “Made many calls and had meetings at Trump International in Palm Beach, Florida. Why would politicians not want to give people $2000, rather than only $600? It wasn’t their fault, it was China. Give our people the money!” The bill, which he has not signed, only called for $600 to most Americans, but Trump demanded an increase…
President Trump as caused a bit of confusion after telling White House staffers to ignore an email regarding their departure as Joe Biden’s administration prepares to take over. White House officials had emailed Trump’s staff members about the proper procedure for leaving their job after January 4th, because Biden’s campaign will be taking over on January 20, and there’s simply a protocol to follow. However, Trump sent a followup email to White House staffers telling them to disregard the previous email. He also stated that more information will be forthcoming, leaving many to wonder what exactly is going on. Trump’s…
Pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell is facing a defamation lawsuit and demands to retract her claims about Dominion Voting Systems. Powell, a conservative pro-Trump attorney, has made what Dominion believes to be “wild, knowingly baseless, and false” allegations based in conspiracy that the 2020 election was rigged in favor of Joe Biden and essentially stolen from President Donald Trump, preventing his reelection. Dominion Voting Systems sent a letter to Powell pushing back on her claims. The letter, obtained by Insider, also takes aim at the Trump campaign and right-wing media outlets like Fox News, Newsmax, and the Rush Limbaugh show. It…
Former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton wants to “abolish the Electoral College” and select presidents with only the popular vote, she Tweeted. The former first lady wrote in a message that “I believe we should abolish the Electoral College and select our president by the winner of the popular vote, same as every other office. But while it still exists, I was proud to cast my vote in New York for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.” This comes shortly after her former President Bill Clinton had cast their electoral votes in New York, followed by Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo and…
Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is now referring to Joe Biden as the president-elect after previously not doing so. This comes shortly after the Electoral College has confirmed Joe Biden as the future president and handing a loss to President Donald Trump. McConnell referred to the Electoral College moving forward in favor of Joe Biden and made the following statement, saying “our country has officially a president-elect and a vice president-elect. The Electoral College has spoken. So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden.” The House Majority Leader also offered his congratulations to Kamala Harris in her achievement…
Attorney General Bill Barr will resign and it goes into effect on December 23, 2020, as announced by President Donald Trump. The head of the Justice Department’s resignation was somewhat anticipated by many, but the exact date was never clear, nor was there a guarantee of his departure. This happened on the same day when President Donald Trump lost the electoral votes needed to remain president into 2024, and Joe Biden secured his victory as President-elect, with the Electoral College including votes from Bill and Hillary Clinton in New York. Social media users who favor President Trump have often accused…
Former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton cast the first formal ballots for the Electoral College in New York. The famous political pair shared support for President-elect Joe Biden and his choice for Vice President, Kamala Harris. There are 29 state electors in New York’s state Capitol to cast their votes and participate in their duty to carry out the constitution. The masked Clintons walked up to cast their ballots and drop their votes in the box, as seen on video below. Today’s electoral will all but seal the fate for President Donald Trump’s hopes for reelection. Despite putting…
President Donald Trump and his hopes to be reelected were stifled as he lost a federal lawsuit this weekend during a rare Saturday session in Wisconsin. Trump wanted the court to name him the winner over Joe Biden, but it did not happen. Trump’s latest loss came at the hands of United States District Judge Brett Ludwig who dismissed the federal lawsuit, stating that Trump’s arguments were failing “as a matter of law and fact.” Trump’s attorney during the Wisconsin case was scolded by a liberal justice who claimed his case “smacks of racism” and could cause issues for the…
President-elect Joe Biden is considering New York Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo for the job of attorney general, per a report by the Associated Press. Cuomo is one of four potential candidates for the position. The others are Alabama Sen. Doug Jones, Merrick Garland who is a federal appeals court judge, and Sally Yates who is a former Deputy Attorney General. The Associated Press stated that their source was acting anonymously as they were not yet able to authorize the information, but they also stated that Biden has made no official decision at this time. These four candidates are simply a…
YouTube has announced that it will now remove videos that dispute the Joe Biden victory in the 2020 election over President Donald Trump. The video platform will target videos that suggest widespread voter fraud had played a part in the election, causing Biden to win, and in many cases, sharing false statements and false claims without indisputable evidence. YouTube wants to remove misleading videos that make false claims suggesting that President Donald Trump won the election, when the electoral votes were in Joe Biden’s favor, despite some not yet being certified and Trump having several legal challenges in the process.…
Majority Whip and Rep. James Clyburn has now stated on CNN’s “New Day” that claims of President Donald Trump trying to change the results of the election in his favor are an attempt to overthrow the government and an attempted coup. This was during a conversation with host John Berman who mentioned GOP officials trying to change the results of the 2020 election in more than one state. Clyburn is saying this about Trump trying to take out Biden as the winner. Specifically, Clyburn said the following, as can be seen in the video below, “this is an attempt to…
Jason Bateman was back on Saturday Night Live with a new monologue and he describes the time he hosted SNL and was attacked by a monkey 15 years ago. The Ozark star stated that he was in a weird sketch that involved a real monkey back in 2005 and “things were loose” back then, suggesting that today’s SNL might be using a prop or fake monkey. Bateman says he leaned down to say good job to the monkey while they were on stage taking a bow at the end of the show and that’s where it happened. He says the…
Former President Barack Obama has weighed in on the longtime debate of Die Hard being a Christmas movie and not everyone will agree with his opinion. The former president was being interviewed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and Fallon asked if Die Hard was a Christmas movie. Obama’s said no and suggested that Die Hard is simply an action movie that “happens to involve tangentially Christmas.” Obama also says that It’s a Wonderful Life and Charlie Brown Christmas – are Christmas movies. Despite the popularity of calling the Bruce Willis action movie a Christmas movie, there are many…
Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez faced backlash after posting a Tweet suggesting Republicans couldn’t handle being a waitress. Her Tweet stated the following, “Republicans like to make fun of the fact that I used to be a waitress, but we all know if they ever had to do a double they’d be the ones found crying in the walk-in fridge halfway through their first shift bc someone yelled at them for bringing seltzer when they wanted sparkling.” Her message on the social media platform sparked thousands of responses from both sides of politics, with some supporting her statement and many others…
A recent poll has found that only 27 congressional Republicans have willingly acknowledged the Joe Biden victory over President Donald Trump in the 2020 election. The poll was conducted by the Washington Post who surveyed all of the 249 Republicans in the Senate and House. This survey comes after President Donald Trump released a video accusing “corrupt forces” of stealing the election from him and claiming, incorrectly, that he won the election. But, Trump did not win the election. The Republicans who were surveyed had gotten either phone calls or emails that asked three questions. They were as follows, per…
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany has referred to the upcoming Covid-19 vaccine as the “Trump vaccine” and says it’s the result of having a businessman as president. McEnany said to reporters that the rapid development of the upcoming vaccine is a “tremendous achievement” and suggests there might be up to 40 million doses ready by the end of the year. However, that’s just a short few weeks away and might be quite the challenge if at all possible. The Press Secretary appeared to credit the Trump administration for the fast efforts made on the immunization. As stated on Bloomberg,…

President Donald Trump has not conceded nor accepted the results of the 2020 election, but he has hinted at making another run in 2024. The president was celebrating during a holiday party at the White House when he addressed the crowd and made the mention of it. He stated to his audience, which boasted members of the Republican National Committee, that “it’s been an amazing four years… We’re trying to do another four years. Otherwise, I’ll see you in four years.” Pam Pollard, who supports the Oklahoma GOP, was posting video coverage of the party. Some criticized the party for…
Former President Barack Obama criticized the “defund the police” movement by comparing it to a “snappy slogan” that could cause them to lose a portion of their audience. The statement has the ability to divide and polarize people who support, or do not support, the police. Despite the goal of reforming the police, the “defund the police” statement is often misunderstood as getting rid of the police, rather than creating criminal justice reforms. Obama made these statements during his interview on “Good Luck America” via Snapchat, even comparing the “defund the police” saying to people marketing sneakers or songs, as…

Never had the discussion they falsely attribute to an anonymous source. Hard to keep up with all their lies.” The article suggesting a Giuliani pardon was penned by Michael S. Schmidt and Maggie Haberman, both well known for their work with…
