Bill Gates owns a reported 269,000 acres of farmland, but one recent purchase has sparked outrage with locals. A recent purchase of 2,100 acres of prime North Dakota farmland by a group linked to billionaire Bill Gates has left some people in the state worried that it will be taken over by the ultra-rich. Gates has an estimated 269,000 acres in dozens of states, based on last year’s edition of the Land Report 100, a yearly survey of the nation’s largest landowners. The co-founder of Microsoft is considered the largest private owner of farmland in the United States. He owns…
Employees of Ernst & Young (EY) decided to cheat on the ethics exam, resulting in a $100 million fine for the company. The Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States issued this announcement. They were lambasted as a “woke corporation” by critics as this story made headlines. According to a news release from the organization, EY, one of the “big four” accounting firms, confessed that a “significant number” of its employees had cheated on the ethics section of their CPA tests and continuing education programs. The business wasn’t willing to show evidence of this wrongdoing to the officials. “This…
It’s very hard to determine which exact dollars Hunter Biden used to allegedly pay for Russian escorts, but it’s very possible some of the money could have been from his father, President Joe Biden, who likely had no idea what his son was spending money on, as reported. As of now, this is more of a theory than fact and would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt what Hunter Biden did with money received from his father. However, here’s what Washington Examiner, a trusted source, has revealed: Records from a copy of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop show that…
In the Republican primary for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, far-right Rep. Lauren Boebert defeated her more moderate challenger, as projected by a report. NBC News labeled her as the “MAGA Lightening Rod” in an article about her victory. Boebert led state Sen. Don Coram by nearly 30 points, with virtually all of the expected votes counted. Backed by former President Donald Trump, Boebert has made a number of inflammatory remarks, and she has positioned herself as one of the most far-right members of Congress, winning herself national attention in the process. Boebert and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., heckled President…
Explosive claims were made by Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, against former President Donald Trump during her testimony in front of the January 6 select committee. Hutchinson claimed that on the day of the rally, which later turned into a riot, Trump tried to get Secret Service to take him to the U.S. Capitol building, and that he became enraged when they would not do it because the area was not secure. Trump tried to grab the steering wheel of an armored presidential limousine, Hutchinson claims, and that Bobby Engel, who was…

Now is the time for Republicans to decide whether to back Trump or the Constitution, said Rep. Liz Cheney during a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. She suggests people cannot be loyal to both, even though that is a decision for each individual to make on their own – because yes, they can. A day after White House employee Cassidy Hutchinson’s shocking testimony revealed new information about the highest echelons of the White House in the last days and hours before the vicious Capitol attack, Rep. Liz Cheney leaned into her message. During her speech, Cheney embraced her…
The creator of the wildly popular show “Friends” claims to be ashamed of the show’s lack of diversity. He has donated $4 million to apologize for the demographic wrongdoing. “Friends” the show set in New York City’s Greenwich Village, has long been criticized by those on the left for what they believed to be a lack of diversity in the cast. Marta Kauffman, a co-creator, admitted that she was first irritated by the criticism and felt that the program had been treated unfairly. She changed her mind in the meantime, and it was obvious during her Zoom interview. “I’ve learned…

Kamala Harris, the Democrat Vice President, seemed unprepared once again as she was stumped by easy questions some people referred to as ‘softballs’ which should be easy to knock out of the park with a well-spoken answer. Harris faced backlash over a host of remarks that she made during a CNN interview that aired on the left-leaning network in which she was asked about a variety of issues ranging from inflation to abortion. While discussing the issue of abortion, Harris was first stumped by CNN host Dana Bash. “You’re saying now, the President said that this fall Roe is on…
The stock market is showing signs of extreme volatility. When the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 3/4 of a percentage point, investors were already hurting from huge stock losses. Despite the volatile stock market, prominent Wall Street professionals are choosing their top picks. Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene is targeting GOP Senators helping President Joe Biden pass gun legislation. She made this statement on a social media platform and said specifically: “To the Republican senators who are helping Biden take away our rights: We will remove you from office.” The Republican firebrand then linked to a video in which she offered more information, but none of it was as relevant as the list of senators she’s claiming to go after. CNN had no problem providing a full list. CNN also reported that these are the same “Republicans who voted in support of the measure…
Conservative U.S. Supreme Court justices who “misled” Americans during their confirmation hearings about whether or not they supported overturning Roe v. Wade should be impeached and face “consequences” for lying under oath, said Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y). The Supreme Court “dramatically overreached its authority” and created a “crisis of legitimacy” that President Biden should address, Ocasio-Cortez told NBC’s “Meet the Press” moderator Chuck Todd. “If we allow Supreme Court nominees to lie under oath and secure lifetime appointments to the highest court of the land and then issue, without basis, if you read these opinions, rulings that deeply undermine the…

House Democrats who will not be running for reelection this year have reached the highest number in the last 30 years. The situation clearly reflects discontent with the standoff on Capitol Hill, the bad relationship between the parties, and the problems facing Democrats as they battle to maintain their slight majority. This could signal a massive ‘red wave’ in midterm elections. This is certainly not good news for Democrat President Joe Biden or his supporters. Rep. Kathleen Rice announced her decision not to compete for reelection last week, making her the 30th Democrat in the House to do so. This…
Whoopi Goldberg was criticized as being unhinged when she suggested that the Supreme Court’s next move might be to break up Clarence Thomas’ marriage to a white woman and considering him a ‘quarter of a person’ – a reference to bringing back slavery. Schneider is an Oakland resident who won 40 consecutive “Jeopardy” games and is the show’s greatest female player, but is actually a biological male. The odd omission took on even more significance because Schneider, the first transgender person to…

The FBI is investigating a Florida woman, who found Ashley Biden’s private diary, not for stealing the journal but for selling it. The diary has some explosive content where Ashley speculates that showering with her father, then-Senator Joe Biden, as a young girl may have contributed to her s-x addiction. In a January 2019 entry, she wrote: “I remember having s-x with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate).” The president’s daughter, now 41, after a stint in rehab briefly lived in a Palm Beach home often used by recovering addicts, and when she moved…

Brian Cornell, the CEO of Target, thinks that a federal gas tax break is not the discount the U.S. citizens need. The gas price per gallon in the U.S. is currently around $5. A day after President Joe Biden suggested suspending the 18.4-cent-per-gallon fee, Cornell said at the Economic Club of New York, “It’s only going to fuel the demand.” “It’s doing nothing to increase supply, so that’s a temporary, almost a mini stimulus,” he added. Refineries have been running at full capacity to meet the never-ending demand for gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel. The circumstances surrounding Russia’s invasion of…
The major US stock index gave up some of its early gains after Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell stated that the US central bank is “strongly committed” to lowering inflation. The energy sector of the S&P 500 fell by 4.2 percent. One of the presentations mentions “whiteness” and notes that it’s “first necessary to address whiteness” and the “take-for-grantedness of whiteness” before someone could comprehend “racial inequality and slavery.” The document continues to define “whiteness” as “a location of…
In six of America’s major cities, violent crimes are on the rise and set to outpace the already historic levels of 2021 violent crime and it’s only June. This leads critics to believe that urban Americans must stop voting for failing Democrat leaders and finally begin voting for Republicans if they wish to see change. With the nation’s largest city leading the group, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and New York City are all on pace to break their 2021 levels of violent crime halfway through this year, according to crime data. A Boston College Center of Retirement Research study discovered significant differences in how older and younger baby boomers approach retirement savings. While older Americans are focused on making it last, new generations without traditional pensions will most likely outlive the funds in their 401 (k) accounts. The analysts contrasted the pace at which people with regular pensions and those with only 401(k) savings accounts were withdrawing their money. The majority of people currently fall into the 401 (k) category, despite the fact that most studies on how long retirees’ money last were focused on those with traditional pensions. “What most…
