(Crankers) Robert Griffin III, aka in the sports world as RGIII, posted a very simple motivational statement on X this morning. Something to keep you going on those rough days.

He said, “Trust God and stop worrying. Gods got you covered. Just keep going. Just keep working hard. Just don’t quit” and it resonated with me. No matter what you’re going through, keep it moving, keep it going, and stay focused. Like the All American Rejects once said, move along!

RGIII is one of my favorite people to follow on X. Feel free to join us in the conversation over there.

Enjoy some Robert Griffin III highlights from his time in the NFL:

Sorry. I had a YouTube video here, but the NFL blocks embedded videos from loading on people’s blogs. So I deleted the video. You can find RGIII highlights by doing a search on MSN, Google, or YouTube. I would just go to RGIII’s X profile and follow him there. He’s great on social media.

Gotta love RGIII for his outlook, not just on the game but on life too. His message on trust and hard work is something we all need a reminder of now and then. Great share, Frank.

Interesting post. It’s always intriguing to see how athletes translate their determination and mindset off the field. This motivational snippet from RGIII is quite simplistic, yet profound.

True, but don’t you think sometimes these messages are too generic? Wondering how it actually applies in real-life scenarios for non-athletes.

Generic or not, if it motivates even one person, isn’t it worth it?

All these motivational speeches are the same. It’s easy to say, harder to do. Not everyone has the resources or luck like RGIII.

Robert Griffin III’s career has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. His approach to adversity and perseverance is commendable. This motivational statement really encapsulates the mindset that got him through his career. It’s a mindset athletes and non-athletes alike could benefit from.

I’ve always wondered how much of a role faith plays in the performance of athletes like RGIII. Does it really make a difference, or is it all about the physical and mental training?

RGIII’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. From his Heisman Trophy win to his ups and downs in the NFL, he’s the prototype of resilience. This quote is a testament to that. Real talk.
