In March, Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) issued a criminal referral against Cassidy Hutchinson, a development that flew under the radar. Before then-Attorney General Pam Bondi was dismissed, Hutchinson faced an investigation by the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
