(Crankers) Fani Willis got bad news and Jeanine Pirro had a lot to say about it. The Georgia Court of Appeals has officially disqualified the disgraced Fulton County DA Fani Willis from working on the election interference case against Donald Trump.

The GA Court of Appeals stated that Fani Willis had a ‘conflict of interest’ that would prevent Donald Trump and defendants from having a fair trial, according to Trending Politics. Jeanine Pirro weighed in on the situation with Fani Willis. The video of Jeanine Pirro is below, followed by more information from the political news report on Trending Politics. The breaking political news story on Trending politics further said:

The decision overturns an earlier one by a Georgia judge who ruled that Willis may continue to head up the case as long as Nathan Wade, a former prosecutor in her office and her romantic partner, resigned in light of allegations of nepotism. Wade did so after receiving more than $700,000 for two years of work on the case, all of which was only brought to light because of dogged work by Ashleigh Merchant, an attorney for one of Trump’s co-defendants. The revelation shook Georgia’s legal circles and has essentially put Willis’s case on life support ever since. The latest announcement virtually ensures that the president-elect will never see the case go to trial.

“After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office,” Judge E. Trenton Brown wrote in the majority opinion, the New Republic reported. “The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring. While we recognize that an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings,” Brown said.

Who is Fani Willis? She is the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia. She gained national attention for her role in prosecuting the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and his allies. Willis was appointed as Fulton County DA in January 2021 and has been involved in several high-profile cases since then.

Recently, Willis was disqualified from the Trump election case by Georgia’s Court of Appeals due to concerns about a conflict of interest stemming from her relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade. Despite this, the indictment against Trump and his co-defendants remains in place.

Who is Nathan Wade? He is a former special prosecutor for Fulton County, Georgia. He was involved in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and his allies. Wade was appointed by District Attorney Fani Willis, but he was dismissed from the case in March 2024 due to concerns about a conflict of interest stemming from his romantic relationship with Willis.

Wade has since returned to private practice and has expressed his belief that there will be a “day of reckoning” in the case, where a jury will make a decision based on the facts and evidence
