White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was put in her place once again by a reporter who was unable to get an answer to what many people believe is a very simple question. This time it was reporter Simon Ateba who suggested out loud that KJP is “not fit for this job.” The reporter wanted some clarity and answers, but what he got was a big bowl of absolutely nothing. He just had to speak up about it, and he had no problem letting the room and KJP know how he felt in the backhanded comment. In other words, MIC DROP.
He was asking questions about President Joe Biden’s situation with classified documents at the time, and he was unable to get an answer out of her. This was something that KJP should have been prepared for, but clearly her answer was to not answer. Either she was unprepared, uninformed, or told not to talk about it. Perhaps it was a combination of all three, but many people might suggest it was more of the first two options than the latter.
The KJP experiment has been one of the biggest blunders in President Joe Biden’s failing White House as she’s been unable to do a good job as press secretary, making a mockery of the position and proving that the people who came before her were much better at the job. One of KJP’s biggest mistakes was when she suggested that Joe Biden is “the best communicator that we have in the White House” and he’s been blabbering word salads for nearly four years, giving Kamala Harris a run for her money.
KJP also had old tweets come back to haunt her. This is back when X was called Twitter and she was denying election results – also before she was press secretary, not during her tenure in the White House, but the point still stands. The resurfaced tweets go back to Brian Kemp vs Stacey Abrams and the messages were so bad that Jen Psaki came to KJP’s rescue in a brave attempt to defend her, despite the messages being not much different than ones Donald Trump may have made about his lost election. So if she can say things like that, why can’t people on the right side of politics? Is there a double standard? Watch KJP get torched by a reporter in the video below:
