(Crankers) A good business will never mock half the country by going political, but here we are with some people learning the hard way. The owner of a salon says her customers are “dropping like flies” after she released a video mocking Trump supporters.
Libs of TikTok wrote: “Attention everyone in the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho area!!! Beauty salon owner wants you to know that if you support Trump, you’re a racist, homophobic, misogynist and she doesn’t mind losing your business.”

Does anyone else wonder if the backlash was really worth it for the salon owner? I mean, standing up for what you believe in is one thing, but at what cost to your business?
I believe everyone has a right to express their beliefs. It’s all about finding the balance between conviction and compromise.
Some folks never learn! The salon lady continues to double down on her rude comments that were mostly untruths about our president! Is she aware that the party she is supporting also had allegations against Joe Biden? Many women have come forward and accused him! The smart move would have been to keep her opinions to herself!
While the salon owner’s approach might have been divisive, it draws attention to the larger issue of political polarization in business. What strategies could businesses employ to navigate these waters?
All I’m saying is, you gotta respect every customer. Ain’t no business surviving by picking sides. Stick to haircuts.
Maybe she should start offering discounts for people who can laugh at themselves. That way, everybody’s happy?
Isn’t freedom of speech a fundamental right? Why should a business owner not voice their beliefs? It’s interesting how quickly economic repercussions can follow personal expressions.
Frank, did she really think this wouldn’t backlash? I’m curious if there was a strategy behind this or just a spur of the moment rant? Businesses and politics are a tricky mix.
Sometimes, taking a stand is more important than the immediate backlash. It could potentially attract a new customer base who supports her views.
This is what happens when you mix business with personal beliefs. Never ends well. Stick to what you know.
What if this is all just a big ploy to get more attention? Maybe the salon owner’s genius in a way nobody’s considering. All press is good press, right?
Oh you cry for sympathy, after you were rude by making those comments. Well alls I can say since you have no regrets , suffer baby.
