Walmart pulls back on woke DEI policies

(Crankers) Americans are rejoicing as Walmart joins other major companies in pulling back on woke Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies that often lead to people getting jobs they’re not fully qualified for, resulting in poor outcomes. For example, look at Kamala Harris. Ford, John Deere, and Toyota are some of the other big names who are finally doing away with DEI policies.

A lot of the companies who engage in woke DEI policies are being exposed by Robby Starbuck who researches companies and tells his audience who they are and what they’re doing.  Starbuck looked into Walmart and revealed that the company plans to get rid of any sexualized/transgender products that could target children.

Walmart will also review who they give grants to, in order to stop funding things that might expose children to inappropriate behaviors or actions by adults. Children shouldn’t be exposed to anything related to sexuality or Pride in the first place, as that is beyond inappropriate. Many people on social media consider that “grooming.”

Fox News reported on some more initiatives that Walmart is making. The report said:

The company said some products that violated its policies have been removed, such as chest binders – products designed to flatten the chest – when marketed to children. The company also confirmed it will review all grants, especially for community events, to ensure they promote an appropriate environment for children. However, Walmart will continue to support Pride celebrations.

The company has also decided not to extend the Racial Equity Center it launched in 2020 as a five-year initiative and will ditch the terms “LatinX” and even “DEI” altogether in official communications. It will instead focus on the term “belonging” for all associates and customers.
