(Crankers.com) President Donald Trump said he’s raised over $1.5 billion since he defeated Kamala Harris in the 2024 election last November. That’s a massive amount of money to have at hand, but it’s somewhat unclear what he will use it for.
Trump said on Truth Social: “I am pleased to report that I have raised, since the Great Presidential Election of 2024, in various forms and political entities, in excess of 1.5 Billion Dollars. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!! President DJT.”
Trump’s MAGA Inc. super PAC also had some major news. The PAC broke some fundraising records this year, by raising $176.9 million during just the first six months of the year. After July, they already had over $200 million. Again, it’s unclear what they will use this money for, but it would probably go towards Republican candidates seeking election victories as midterm season approaches.
What about the Democrats and their fundraising? Washington Examiner said the DNC only had about $15 million on hand, while the RNC had at least $80 million.
