Trump revokes Kamala Harris’ Secret Service protection

(Crankers.com) President Donald Trump has revoked the Secret Service protection for former Vice President Kamala Harris. Former President Joe Biden had extended her protections after they left the White House, and it’s not uncommon for an extension to happen. However, Donald Trump said that’s enough and cut it off, as reported on AP.

AP’s report included details on the typical setup for Secret Service protection when presidents and vices leave the White House. The report said former vice presidents will often get six months of protection. Former presidents get a lifetime of protection. Biden gave Harris an extended amount of protection and Trump squashed it.

Trump beat Harris in the 2024 election. She became candidate after Joe Biden encountered health issues, but he was declining for a very long time before that. Democrats are accused of covering up his decline, and many believe Joe Biden should’ve retired many years ago to enjoy his days on the beaches of Rehoboth, Delaware.
