(Crankers) President Donald Trump allowed the socialist mayor-elect Mamdani to visit the White House.
People who were expecting something weird to happen were right, because something totally weird and hilarious DID happen.
Mamdani was asked, to his face, about calling Trump a fascist. Mamdani gets ready to answer, but Trump cuts him off and says something hilarious. “That’s okay. You can just say yes. It’s easier than explaining it. I don’t mind.”
Seems like Trump and Mamdani got along just fine and maybe they’ll find ways to work together for the greater good of the majority of New Yorkers.
When people from different sides of politics work together, that’s when things actually get done. The Democratic Party of today is such a clown show that most of them spend their whole career crying about Trump and never accomplishing anything. Or they stand up for ridiculous things like letting men dressed up as women ruin girl’s sports or hang out in the ladies locker rooms.
Now here’s where the curveball to the GOP comes in. Republicans RAILED AGAINST Mamdani winning over New York City. But Trump praised Mamdani’s campaign. Trump was honestly shocked that a self-described Democratic socialist somehow tricked the voters in NYC to actually vote for him. I guess that’s worth praising even if the result means NYC is doomed. Great strategy, but not for the best reason is how we can say it.
