(Crankers) I know this story goes back a month or ten, but I just couldn’t believe the absolute absurdity of Joe Biden’s administration when it came to flooding the country with illegals.
Now remember, Joe Biden was Barry Obama’s vice president, and whether Joe remembers it or not, Obama was pretty tough on illegal immigrants. They called this guy the ‘Deporter-in-Chief’ for a reason, so it’s not like Sleepy Joe was really against illegal immigrants. But the people who pulled his puppet strings were, and they knew they’d never win another election if they didn’t barrage America with a zillion illegals and try to get them to vote somehow, someway.
And that’s why I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw a construction vehicle and forklift destroying a razor-wire fence built in Texas. The goal was to slow down illegal immigrants, but the Democrats were like NOPE BEEP BEEP and ran that thing into a fence, opened it up, and BOOM! Just like that, we flooded America! OH YAY! Cheap labor, gangs, and all the thick Latina girls you can handle.
And don’t even get me started on the tacos! WHOOOO they are so good.
But in reality, it’s caused a giant mess for America and one of the biggest problems is where everyone is gonna live. All the homes are pretty much DOUBLE what they should be selling for, which means we’re all getting SHAFTED HARD in the housing market right now.
IT SHOULDN’T COST $500K FOR A BUNGALOW ESMERELDA, BUT IT DOES BECAUSE OF THE DEMOCRATS!
So what happened? Well, a legal battle between Texas and the Biden administration has revealed that U.S. Border Patrol agents used heavy-equipment vehicles, including a forklift, to remove sections of razor-wire fencing that Texas installed along the southern border as part of its “Operation Lone Star” security effort.
According to filings submitted by the Texas Attorney General’s Office, federal agents used a forklift near Eagle Pass, Texas, to lift and pull back coiled razor wire placed on the riverbank. Texas argued in court that the action allowed groups of migrants to cross more easily into U.S. territory. The state claimed the wire had been “breached numerous times” by federal personnel.
Court documents from the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals included similar descriptions. In one order, the court noted that Border Patrol had “cut, moved, or destroyed” Texas-installed fencing and had in some instances moved the wire “for no apparent purpose other than to allow migrants easier entrance further inland.” Texas also submitted video footage showing a forklift removing the wire barrier.
The dispute reached the U.S. Supreme Court in January 2024. In a narrow decision, the Court ruled that the federal government could legally cut or remove the wire when necessary for Border Patrol operations, including responding to medical emergencies or accessing migrants on U.S. soil. The ruling did not require the federal government to remove the wire entirely, but confirmed that federal agents could override the barrier in specific circumstances.
Texas continued to press the issue, and in November 2024 the Fifth Circuit issued a subsequent ruling temporarily blocking the federal government from destroying or damaging portions of the razor-wire fence while the lawsuit proceeds. The panel emphasized that the federal government and Texas dispute who controls the border barrier but said the legal questions must be resolved without altering the status quo.
The court filings confirm that heavy-equipment vehicles were used in several documented instances to move or remove the razor wire.
The case remains active, with both sides arguing over federal authority, state sovereignty, and the limits of what each can do along the U.S.–Mexico border. Further hearings are expected to determine whether Texas can maintain its barrier or whether federal operations can continue to override it.
THANKS FOR NOTHING, JOEY FORKLIFT!
