(Crankers.com) President Donald Trump announced that he will posthumously award Charlie Kirk the honorable Medal of Freedom. This is the highest civilian honor that one can receive from a president.
Trump said, “Charlie was a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty, and an inspiration to millions and millions of people… We miss him greatly, yet I have no doubt that Charlie’s voice and the courage he put into the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on.”
Charlie Kirk, 31, was shot dead while speaking at Utah Valley University.
He was the founder of Turning Point USA.
He was a husband and father.
At this time, the police have not caught the Charlie Kirk shooter – but they believe it’s a college age male. The officials also reported locating a bolt action rifle in an area nearby.
