(Crankers) Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accusations keep piling up and this one comes from the ex-wife of an NHL star. Her name is Anna Kane, the ex-wife of Evander Kane (currently of the Edmonton Oilers), and her story is riveting and disturbing.
She claims that she was gang-raped by Diddy and two other men when she was only 17-years-old and in high school. She was previously listed as a Jane Doe accuser, but a judge ruled that she must provide her name and identity. She has done so and appears ready, willing, and able to take her case forward as much as possible against the rap industry professional and his associates. Anna Kane’s complaint was amended and states her accusations against Diddy and a man named Harve Pierre. It seems that she doesn’t know the identity of the third man who allegedly participated in the gang-rape.
A report on USA Today talks about Kane’s desire to use a Jane Doe name, but now she’s fine with moving ahead with her name being known. The report included a note from Kane’s attorney and a statement from Kane: “Kane’s lawyer, Doug Wigdor, shared a statement to TMZ on her behalf that read: “I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”
The lawsuit says Pierre approached the girl when she was only 17. It took place in 2003 at a lounge in Michigan. Pierre allegedly said he was friends with Diddy and called him to prove it. According to Kane, they convinced her to take a private jet to “Daddy’s House Recording Studio” which was owned and ran by Diddy.
The complain has photos of her sitting on Diddy’s lap and Kane says that photo was taken at the studio the night the crime allegedly happened. This is where it gets disturbing.
Combs, Pierre and an unidentified third assailant then plied Kane with drugs and alcohol, then “gang raped” her, the lawsuit claimed.
Collin Rugg reported on more of the disturbing details that allegedly happened. Rugg said on X:
Kane says she was 17 when she was confronted by Pierre at a Detroit nightclub. Pierre said his friend (Combs) would like her. Before Kane was flown out to New York, Pierre forced her to give him oral s*x. When in NY at his studio, Combs drugged Kane before the men gang r*ped her in the bathroom.
“While Mr. Combs was r*ping Ms. Doe, he complained that he could not ‘get off’ unless she pinched his n*pples as hard as she could,” the filing says.
“Mr. Combs then watched on as Third Assailant, who Ms. Kane had not even realized had begun to have s*x with her, r*ped Ms. Kane as she told him to stop.”
The alleged assault continued with Pierre. Kane said she was choking and could barely breathe as the assault continued. When they were done, Kane said she could barely walk and was forced to lay in the fetal position in the bathroom.

Kane filed the lawsuit last December and Diddy defended himself. He said: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
Diddy was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and says any encounter he’s had was consensual.

This whole situation with Diddy is pretty shocking. If what Anna Kane is saying turns out to be true, it’s gonna be a huge blow to his reputation. Can’t imagine the courage it took for her to come forward like this.
