(Crankers) You really can’t make this sh*t up!
So MSNBC is now MS NOW and they’re off to a great start as they already got accused of publishing fake news about Kash Patel and Donald Trump.
MS Now posted this on X: “MS NOW EXCLUSIVE: “President Trump is considering removing Kash Patel as FBI director in the coming months, as he and his top aides have grown increasingly frustrated by the unflattering headlines Patel has recently generated.”

Except, Trump is not considering removing Kash Patel at all according to Karoline Leavitt. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt saw the post and was in the room with Trump and Patel when she saw it. She showed him the headline and then Trump took a photo with Patel and they’re both smiling.
Karoline Leavitt posted the following:
This story is completely made up.
In fact, when this Fake News published, I was in the Oval Office, where President Trump was meeting with his law enforcement team, including FBI Director Kash Patel.
I read the headline to the President and he laughed. He said: “What? That’s totally false. Come on Kash, let’s take a picture to show them you’re doing a great job!”
Do not believe the Fake News!
And just to double check, I ran Karoline’s photo of Trump and Patel through a reverse image search and NOTHING CAME UP, which means she took the photo herself and it’s obviously not a copy/pasta.

Why did MSNBC change their name? MSNBC is changing its name to MS NOW because it is being spun off from its parent company, NBCUniversal, to form a new company called Versant. This corporate split requires the network to establish a new, separate brand identity, and the name change helps avoid confusion with NBC News now that the two will no longer share resources. The new name also reflects the network’s entrepreneurial path forward as its own independent organization.
So basically, it seems like NBCUniversal was sick of dealing with morons and I guess we can see why.
They can’t even get a story right about Trump and Kash Patel without getting busted by Karoline Leavitt as she’s in the Oval Office.
