(Crankers) White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany has referred to the upcoming Covid-19 vaccine as the “Trump vaccine” and says it’s the result of having a businessman as president.

McEnany said to reporters that the rapid development of the upcoming vaccine is a “tremendous achievement” and suggests there might be up to 40 million doses ready by the end of the year.  However, that’s just a short few weeks away and might be quite the challenge if at all possible.

The Press Secretary appeared to credit the Trump administration for the fast efforts made on the immunization.

As stated on Bloomberg , “the comments reflect the White House’s eagerness for regulators to authorize a vaccine that will finally curb the U.S. coronavirus outbreak, which has killed more than 271,000 Americans. Trump has endured persistent criticism over his handling of the pandemic and lost re-election in part because most Americans give him poor marks on the issue.”

Operation Warp Speed started in May and was created to “facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.”

Three former presidents, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama, have already floated the idea of taking the vaccine publicly to build trust in the community.
