(Crankers.com) Fani Willis suffered a setback in her attempt to take down President Donald Trump with a lawsuit after a Georgia state court ordered her to search for new records pertaining to her criminal case against him. The court found her previous searches were deemed inadequate.
Before this, a judge had already ordered her to pay close to $22,000 in legal fees to a watchdog group called Judical Watch. This came after she failed to reply to their open record requests.
Tom Fitton, of Judicial Watch, has been investigating Fani Willis, searching for communication records that would show that Willis, a district attorney, was coordinating with members of the government in a plot to take down Trump with regards to the election of 2020.
Fitton said, as reported on Fox News: “The lawsuit is about any collusion and collaboration with Congress and the Justice Department, Jack Smith, and we haven’t seen the documents, but they show that there has been because their very existence shows that they were talking to them.”
Fitton believes Fani Willis’ lawsuit against Donald Trump is out of spite or a political lawfare setup, rather than seeking truth or a real legal process.
In other words, it appears that Fani Willis is simply working against Trump to be a thorn in the side, but there may not be a real case against him if she keeps suffering setbacks in court.
