(Crankers) Daniel Penny was acquitted this week and he’s speaking out after the trial, making a stunning admission about the incident that brought him into the national spotlight.
Penny was on Fox News talking about how he wouldn’t have been able to live with himself if Jordan Neely acted on his threats and hurt someone. Penny’s notable quotes from the interview are:
“I’m not a confrontational person… This type of [….] is very uncomfortable. All this attention and limelight is very uncomfortable. I would prefer without it… I didn’t want any type of attention or praise or. And I still don’t… The guilt I would have felt if someone did get hurt, if he did do what he was threatening to do, I would never be able to live with myself… I’ll take a million court appearances and people calling me names and people hating me just to keep one of those people from getting hurt or killed.”

There never was any weapon people have a right to shout and threaten people there is no signs saying no shouting or screaming absentees and to attack someone with real cause is freaking wrong, if a knife was being used in a threating manner then Penny would have cause to stop Neely but without ANY knife or weapon what Penny did was wrong a man died because if shouting using his free speech.
