(Crankers.com) “This was a deliberate act of violence against innocent children and other people worshipping,” said Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara after breaking news reported of the Catholic Church shooting that left two children lifeless, and 17 others injured. 14 of the 17 injured are children and two are in critical condition.
The criminal act took place while people were at the Annunciation Catholic Church, which is attached to a school. The shooting took place while people were in the church, during mass.
News reports say the gunman, in his 20’s, is also deceased due to a self-inflicted gunshot. He was armed with a rifle and fired into the church windows towards the children and everyone else. He also had a shotgun and a pistol. The shooter has no ‘extensive’ criminal history, but it’s not clear what reporters meant by ‘extensive.’
The Annunciation Catholic School had just started the school year.
