(Crankers) Republican Sen. Ted Cruz was pushing the envelope when he dared to ask President Joe Biden's Supreme Court of the United States nominee about critical race theory and if babies can be racist, per an example he used in the video below. Her answer says everything you need to know.

This video took place during At today's Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked whether she agrees with the book, "Antiracist Baby" by Dr. Ibrim X. Kendi, which is in the library at a school on whose board she sits.
Ted Cruz spent some time discussing critical race theory, a controversial topic for many Americans, a concept that many people want out of schools and not part of education.
Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Florida Republican, has often spoken out against it, going so far as to ban it from schools.
