(Crankers.com) Actress Dyan Cannon, 88, was blocked from joining a White House tour after a decades old lie finally caught up with her. She lied about her age on a passport back in the day, but since the White House denied her entry due to a strict identify verification process.
She likely didn’t think Secret Service would see it, and it’s possible she completely forgot about the little white lie on her passport. However, federal security screening procedures are in place for safety.
The actress, best known for roles in Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, and Heaven Can Wait, was hanging out with other actresses Tracey Bregman and Kym Douglas. She was also with chef Christine Avanti-Fischer. They were trying to promote a podcast called God’s Table Hollywood.
Hopefully Cannon gets her passport updated, but as you know – she might wait a while for an appointment!
