If you just woke up from a three-year hibernation and can’t believe your eyes, then you’re already caught up on the disastrous presidency of Joe Biden and failing Democratic leadership taking America in the absolutely most uncharted path into decline and depravity. Everything from high prices on consumer goods, men playing women’s sports, illegals flooding the country faster than a tsunami, and of course – sending billions to other countries while the every day working man in America continues to suffer. That’s Joe Biden’s presidency in just a few sentences and now a poll published by NBC News solidifies the sinking Democrat ship with some stats.
Of course, polls are always taken with a grain of salt, but it’s just one more nail in the coffin of this failed administration that Americans are overwhelmingly getting sick and tired of and now the numbers are starting to show it – and it’s not just Republicans who are fed up. Democrat voters across the country are feeling the pain as well. Newsmax reported on the poll results and some commentary stemming from the poor results:
“What is most concerning is the erosion of Biden’s standing against Trump compared to four years ago,” Democrat pollster Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates told NBC News.
“On every measure compared to 2020, Biden has declined. Most damning, the belief that Biden is more likely to be up to the job — the chief tenet of the Biden candidacy — has evaporated.”
This is great news for Donald Trump who’s the clear front-runner for the RNC nominee. After going through this last three years and having less money in our bank accounts, paying more money for goods, and still having that pesky student loan that Democrats nearly promised would be gone by now – it’s hard to imagine why anyone would ever vote Democrat in the first place. Newsmax’s report on Joe Biden’s poor poll numbers continued, giving more context to how bad it really is:
With 73% of registered voters say the U.S. is on the wrong track under Biden, the only silver lining for the sitting president and Horwitt is there remains time to turn the numbers back around.
“Biden can take solace that we are in January and not October 2024,” Horwitt added. “At this stage in prior cycles, attitudes can change.”…
Biden’s all-time low, 37% approval rating in this poll, is largely weighed down by just 29% approving of his handling of Israel’s war on Hamas.
But the momentum in all areas, as the pollsters noted, remains steadily rising for Trump:
-
Border: Trump raised lead from 16 points in September 2020 to 35 points in January 2024.
-
Economy: Trump raised his 7-point lead in October 2020 to 22 points today.
-
Crime and violence: Trump turned a 4-point deficit during the 2020 riots to a 21-point lead today, a swing of 25 points.
-
Competent and effective: Trump flipped a 9-point deficit in June 2020 to a 16-point lead today, another 25-point swing.
Newsmax had a lot more information in their report on the NBC Poll, but that was the most important part that resonated with me personally. Of course, my opinion may be different than yours – and that’s always OK. We don’t need to agree on everything, but one thing we can agree on is that President Joe Biden and his circus of diversity hires have not performed at a high level and the amount of divisive rhetoric coming from the man who promised unity is quite alarming. Biden was booed in church. If that wasn’t a sign of the times, then what is? By the way, how’s that border coming along, Joe?
