Last night he let the liquor talk! Country singer Morgan Wallen was arrested in Nashville, TN, after he allegedly threw a chair off a roof. Collin Rugg reported on X: “Country music star Morgan Wallen has been arrested in Nashville, Tennessee. According to police, Wallen threw a chair off of the rooftop of Eric Church’s ‘Chief’s’ bar on Broadway. Police were reportedly standing outside of the bar when a chair came flying by, smashing into the ground. When they reviewed video footage, Wallen was seen throwing a chair over the edge. Wallen was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct. “At 10:53 p.m. Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities,” Wallen’s attorney Worrick Robinson said.”
Reports suggest this building could’ve been six stories tall and there was people around, so that isn’t funny. If he threw the chair in an empty alley, then I guess no one would care. However, it’s just good that no one was hit by the chair. I wouldn’t want to see Democrats ban flying chairs as a result. And to Morgan Wallen, keep rocking and hope you’re not in jail for this. The country music industry is doing great with guys like you and Jason Aldean, so keep up the good work with your music, but maybe stop throwing chairs off the roof like you’re 16 again. The only reason Wallen got so many charges is because there were cops in the vicinity. He probably didn’t know that and I bet he was like “oh crap” as the chair landed in their vicinity. So yeah, bad idea. No more chair throwing, sir. Stick to music and don’t throw any more of those chairs, OK?
