Hillary Clinton has suffered yet another setback, as Hulu has canceled a sitcom about her that had been in production for over two years.
“Rodham” is based on the same-named novel, which depicts an alternate reality in which Hillary Clinton doesn’t really marry Bill Clinton and instead works as a professor at Northwestern University before campaigning for president in 2016.
“Rodham is a nauseating, moving, morally suggestive, technically brilliant book that made me think more than any other in recent memory about the aims and limits of fiction,” Annalisa Quinn said about Curtis Sittenfeld’s work for NPR in 2020.
“20th Television is still shopping the project to other streamers, now that Claire Danes and Dakota Fanning are attached to play Clinton at different stages of her life,” as reported.
Clinton recently lectured on the potential reversal of Roe v. Wade, “None of us should accept a future in which our daughters and granddaughters have fewer rights than we did.”
On social media, this sparked outrage:
Lila Rose, the founder of Live Action: “You support the slaughter of millions of little girls in the womb. Where were their rights?”
Best-selling author Abigail Shrier.: “Hillary Clinton has said *nothing* as violent men enter women’s prisons and protective spaces, female records are erased by mediocre male athletes, and a generation of young women watches their opportunities and scholarships vanish.”
Opening arguments in the court of former Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann, who is accused of lying to the FBI, were due to be heard on Tuesday.
As per General Prosecutor John Durham, Sussmann notified FBI General Counsel James B. in 2016 that he was not operating “for any client” when he sent Alfa Bank data reportedly indicating a clandestine communications channel between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has links to the Kremlin.
According to reports, prosecutors will try to prove that Sussmann was operating in favor of two clients: the Clinton campaign and software entrepreneur Rodney Joffe.
“Subpoenaed Fusion GPS employee Laura Seago is likely to stay mum during questioning at the criminal trial of Michael Sussmann that starts this week,” The Federalist said. “Her silence will be yet further evidence that the Hillary Clinton campaign financed and seeded the Russia collusion hoax to both the press and U.S. intelligence agencies.”
“The jury includes one federal government employee who told the judge they donated to Democrats in 2016 and another government employee who told the judge they ‘strongly’ dislike former President Trump—both of those jurors told the judge they could be impartial throughout the trial,” Fox News reported.
Hulu says no thanks to Hillary Clinton show that was in development for two years
Did you see Donald Trump won the election against Kamala Harris? OMG WOW! The best part is watching celebrities say they'll leave America. I don't think they'll leave, but if they're offended by an election, then maybe we can help them pack? And I have the best pro-America t-shirt to show them! Tap here!
