President Joe Biden’s first day might have been filled with excitement, but then one Congresswoman tried to put a dent in it. It was the often criticized Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene who introduced articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden. She accused him of corruption pertaining to an alleged “quid pro quo” incident in the Ukraine. Her complaint also mentions Hunter Biden and money transfers.
Greene, who has been fact checked for pushing over ten false claims in the last month alone, is going after President Joe Biden on just his first full day as president.
Congresswoman Greene had previously announced she would attempt to impeach Joe Biden when the House had voted to impeach then President Donald Trump for a second time.
She announced her filing of the impeachment articles on Joe Biden in a short 9 second video:

Her call for impeaching Biden dates back to January 13, when she stated the following on social media, “On January 21st, I’m filing Articles of Impeachment on President-elect. 75 million Americans are fed up with inaction. It’s time to take a stand. I’m proud to be the voice of Republican voters who have been ignored.”
The Republican Congresswoman released another statement that goes into more detail. This was posted on the official House.gov website.
She said:
President Joe Biden is unfit to hold the office of the Presidency. His pattern of abuse of power as President Obama’s Vice President is lengthy and disturbing. President Biden has demonstrated that he will do whatever it takes to bail out his son, Hunter, and line his family’s pockets with cash from corrupt foreign energy companies.
President Biden is even on tape admitting to a quid pro quo with the Ukrainian government threatening to withhold $1,000,000,000 in foreign aid if they did not do his bidding. President Biden residing in the White House is a threat to national security and he must be immediately impeached.
Congresswoman Greene may not find her impeachment articles getting much support.
At least one Republican colleague of hers, who serves in the same state, has already spoken out, suggesting there is no way he would sign off on impeaching Biden.
Congressman Austin Scott said of Greene’s impeachment articles against Joe Biden, that “It’s not possible to commit an impeachable offense as the President of the United States prior to being sworn in as the President of the United States and I absolutely do not intend to support her in this. You will not see my signature on that.”
