  6. GTA IV (2008): GTA IV brought the franchise to the high-definition era, presenting a realistic and immersive recreation of Liberty City. The game focused on the story of Niko Bellic, an immigrant navigating the criminal underworld.
  7. GTA V (2013): Considered a monumental entry in the series, GTA V introduced a vast open-world setting known as Los Santos and Blaine County.
