If you’re looking for an easy air fryer jerk chicken wings recipe, then here you go! No long-winded ten page life story before the recipe, just some good hearty eating.
What you need:
- Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Chicken Hot and Spicy seasoning (get it here).
- Chicken wings from your local supermarket.
- An air fryer.
Here’s what I did:
My wings were frozen, so I cooked them in the air fryer first for 30 minutes at 380 degrees, flipping them halfway through.
Next, take the wings out and put them in a mixing bowl.
Then, put a big spoonful of the jerk seasoning on them and shake until the wings are covered in it. You only need 1 spoon per lb of wings, and this stuff is HOT, so season at your own desire,
Finally, put them back in air fryer for 1-2 more minutes to get them cooked up nicely – or eat them if they’re ready and fully cooked!
Keep in mind, all air fryers are different so always check your meat before eating.
That’s it. Now eat up and thank me later, because this is about as close to Jamaica as you’ll get from your living room.
Have fun and take pics if you tried this!
