Don’t get on Dan Bongino’s bad side, or he’ll crush you on social media. Such is the case with Joni Ernst who’s not thrilled with Pete Hegseth. Bongino blasted her on X and said the following in a scathing message:
Warning to Joni Ernst – Pete Hegseth will be just fine if you sabotage his deserved spot as SecDef. I’ll hire him tomorrow without a second thought on one the largest digital content platforms in the world. And his voice will be even more powerful.
You, however, will not be fine. Your actions regarding Pete are a redline for us. And by “us” I mean the millions of patriots who follow us. And we will NEVER forget what you did. You will be the next Joe Walsh, Mitt Romney, Adam Kinzinger or Liz Cheney. BANK ON IT.
This message from Dan Bongino came after Joni Ernst announced she will meet again with Pete Hegseth to “continue constructive conversations.”
Bongino could end Joni Ernst in a handful of tweets.

Saw Dan go off on Joni Ernst because of the Pete Hegseth thing. It’s like high school drama but with grown-ups. Always entertaining to see who’s going to get called out next.
lol imagine getting crushed by someone on social media, couldn’t be me.
While it’s entertaining, let’s not forget the serious policy implications these public spats can have. Distraction isn’t always just harmless fun.
I find it interesting how social media platforms like X are becoming battlegrounds for political figures. It’s transformative for communication strategies, but I question its impact on public discourse. By the way, Frank, your overview on this was insightful.
