(Crankers) The corruption runs deep, even with judges! And now this one is facing jail for what she did with that illegal immigrant!!
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan is heading to federal trial in December after being indicted on charges that she helped an undocumented man avoid arrest by federal immigration agents inside her courthouse. The U.S. Department of Justice says the judge’s actions went beyond normal judicial duties and violated federal law.
According to federal charging documents, the incident occurred on April 18, 2025, after ICE agents arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse to take Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an undocumented immigrant appearing on a state criminal matter, into federal custody. Prosecutors say that during the court session, Judge Dugan directed Flores-Ruiz and his attorney to leave through a side jury-room door, bypassing agents waiting at the main courtroom exit.
The FBI arrested Dugan on April 25, and a federal grand jury indicted her on May 13, 2025, on two counts:
Obstruction of a federal proceeding, a felony;
Concealing a person from arrest, a misdemeanor.
If convicted on both counts, Dugan faces up to six years in federal prison.
Her attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the charges, arguing that she acted within her judicial authority and was protected by judicial immunity. However, a federal judge rejected that argument, ruling that immunity does not apply when a judge’s alleged actions “go well beyond” typical courtroom responsibilities.
The case will proceed to trial, with jury selection set to begin December 11–12, and opening arguments scheduled for December 15. Federal prosecutors say they expect to call as many as 28 witnesses, and will present courtroom security footage, law-enforcement testimony, and internal courthouse communications.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has already suspended Dugan from the bench, and she currently remains free pending trial. She has pleaded not guilty, and no plea deal has been announced.
The Department of Justice has not commented beyond the indictment, and Dugan’s legal team continues to argue that the charges are unprecedented and politically motivated. Until the trial concludes, she remains presumed innocent under federal law.
You know what I say, lock them all up! They’re corrupt and belong in jail!
