The comments are coming in hot after President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, who was due for sentencing soon regarding gun crimes and tax crimes. Joe Walsh, who seemed more in favor of Joe Biden over Donald Trump, appears to turn a cold shoulder to the president.
Collin Rugg was talking about it on X. Rugg said, “JUST IN: Joe Walsh turns on Joe Biden after he pardoned Hunter, says he is “deflated” because he spent years saying Trump was the “threat.” “This pardon is just deflating for those of us who’ve been out there for a few years yelling about what a threat Trump is.” “Nobody’s above the law we’ve been screaming. Well, Joe Biden just made clear his son Hunter is above the law.”
Hunter Biden said in a statement, “I will never take the clemency I have been given today for granted and will devote the life I have rebuilt to helping those who are still sick and suffering.”

Does anyone else feel like the whole political landscape has become more about personal drama than actual policy? Just saw Frank’s article, and it’s got me thinking. What long-term impact does stuff like this pardon have on public trust?
You’re hitting the nail on the head, MaggieS. It’s not just about the trust. It’s about the precedent it sets for future administrations. This could be a slippery slope.
Precedent? Please, this has been happening forever. Now we just have social media to make every scandal seem new.
Ah, another heartwarming tale of justice… if your last name happens to be in the right family. Thanks for the clarity, Frank. Where would we be without these moments of nepotism to guide the way?
can you believe this? genuinely asking cause at this point, reality seems more twisted than fiction. hunter gets a pardon and we’re supposed to sit back, nod, and accept it as ‘just another day in politics’. not buying it
its all a plan, wake up sheeple, we are just pawns in their game!!!
