Teachers from a Wisconsin school are being banned from displaying Black Lives Matter and pride flags in their classrooms, as the Wisconsin school board voted, saying such displays are political messaging. They want to ban political and religious attire, and the BLM and pride are included in their guidelines. To include prohibitions on the display of Black Lives Matter and pride flags, the board of the Kettle Moraine School District in southeastern Wisconsin voted last week to affirm district Superintendent Stephen Plum’s decision to interpret the district’s ban on political messaging in classrooms, with only one member opposing. Prohibitions on…

Chris Licht, CNN’s president and CEO, declared to concerned staffers that the network would undergo more changes as he discussed the departure of Brian Stelter in the wake of the cancellation of Reliable Sources, a show he hosted on Sundays. That did little to calm the anxiety of the far-left network’s highly partisan staff. Sources that attended the editorial meeting reported that Licht told CNN employees, “There will be moves you may not agree with or understand.” Some took that to mean they may not like some of the changes. Allegedly, Licht also said that he wanted to acknowledge to…

Dire Straits: Families are escaping Portland in large numbers, running from homeless camps and crime
In North Portland, “For Sale” signs line what were once sought-after neighborhoods. Due to an increase in violence and homeless camps in that area, many families are selling their homes. Greg Dilkes, who has lived in North Portland for 30 years said: “It makes you not feel that great about living here. It makes living in the neighborhood harder, not as congenial as it could be.” The homeless camps along the Peninsula Crossing Trail near his home have changed the area, Dilkes said. “It’s the first time in a long time that we’ve actually seriously thought about moving,” he added.…
The release of surveillance video from the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago was teased by Eric Trump. The second son of former President Donald Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity when asked about the CCTV footage during an interview: “Absolutely, Sean, at the right time.” By declaring a safe breached by the FBI during the raid was empty, Eric Trump, who is an executive vice president at the Trump Organization, previously made news in recent weeks. Prompting the elder Trump to claim this was another example of a politically motivated act against him, the FBI raid was the result of…
A federal judge ordered the government to submit proposed redactions and said he is inclined to unseal at least some of the probable cause affidavit used to secure a search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate. After a hearing where a top government lawyer contended the document’s release could jeopardize an investigation that is still in its “early stages,” Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart said: “On my initial careful review… there are portions of it that can be unsealed.” “I find that on the present record the Government has not met its burden of showing that the entire affidavit should…
According to several critics, a contract between the Minneapolis teachers’ union and the Minneapolis Public Schools violates both the Civil Rights Act and the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. According to recent reports, the contract states that white teachers will be terminated before teachers of color, regardless of seniority. A law enforcement source confirmed that former president Donald Trump got back the passports which belong to him that were taken by the FBI during the search conducted at his South Florida residence. The passports were given back to Trump after they were discovered by a “filter team,” the source said, a group of federal investigators who screen the materials seized during the execution of a search warrant for privileged or extraneous information. When executing search warrants, the bureau “follows search and seizure procedures ordered by courts, then returns items that we do not need to be retained for law…
In what may be her attempt to turn the page and stay relevant during what could be the downfall of her career, the liberal MSNBC presenter Rachel Maddow has recently praised the current state of the cable news industry, particularly focusing on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” show. Although Maddow and Carlson have opposing political ideologies, she gave a positive response of his rise to rating domination. The comment was made in response to an interviewer’s claim that Maddow’s time slot on MSNBC obviously needed a successor since she had just stepped down from her primetime hosting duties. “Like, Tucker’s…
After a recent report revealed that American businesses had added 528,000 people to their payrolls during the last month, Larry Summers said his worries about inflation have only intensified. The ex-treasure secretary explained that it’s good news that businesses began hiring more U.S. citizens, but the bad news is that the situation will further complicate the Federal Reserve’s struggle to keep the sky-high inflation under control while Joe Biden is president. “I’m more worried about inflation tonight than I was last night,” Summers explained. “And I think it’s misleading not to see things that way.” According to the most recent…
