The average cost of Thanksgiving dinner this year could be 14% higher according to the Farm Bureau’s annual study, also noting it was the highest number in 36 years of doing the survey. President Joe Biden has decided to skip the World Economic Forum that is planned to take place in Davos, Switzerland, in January, a gathering of global political and economic leaders. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) suspended enforcement of the a vaccine mandate that was to be applied to large companies by Biden’s administration. OSHA has made the decision after a federal appeals court confirmed the decision to pause the mandate last week. The only employee left working at this Pittsburgh, PA gas station has now quit and left a note on the door explaining why. The gas station, a GetGo located in Moon Township, was temporarily closed since that was the only employee. Sesame Street is launching a new puppet character and their main goal appears to be fighting racism. Ji-Young, the show’s new star, will join the muppets of “Sesame Street” this month. It’s the first Asian American Muppet in the show’s five-decade-long history.
