I guess she’s up Mayan’s creek without a paddle. This lady ran up an ancient Mayan pyramid to show off on a video and the angry crowd below wants her sacrificed because of it because walking up the Castillo de Kukulcán is a big NO NO in Chichén Itzá, southeast Mexico. Apparently some people were so mad that they wanted her literally sacrificed, but she learned her lesson another way, hopefully.
You’re supposed to respect the culture, laws, and rules of any place you travel (unlike Brittney Griner) and if you don’t, then you can face serious consequences. I was personally hoping the man who chased after her would Sparta kick her down the steps, but I guess two wrongs don’t make a right. Needless to say, she wasn’t sacrificed that day, but it looks like people began throwing rocks at her. I thought only hippies and chicks in Iran got stoned! Either way, she got booed big time when she hit rock bottom.

LadBible reported that people have been banned from climbing the pyramid since 2008 when the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) got involved. The report also said there’s a hefty fine of $2,558 to $5,115 USD. The fine ranges based on how much damage was done. In her case, probably very little, but she should feel lucky because ancient Mayan’s used to roll heads of their enemies down these structures, so she got off easy.
