Teacher tries doing trick in class, instantly regrets it

Here's a teacher who actually seems kind of cool. He's doing a trick during class to help prove whatever point he's talking about, or to burn a few extra calories, and it turns into a complete disaster. He does the trick once and it's fine, but the second attempt ends up with him nearly breaking his back. It looks PAINFUL OH MY GOSH!!!
