Guy tried running from the cops, learned a hard lesson TWO times

Here's a guy who thought it was a smart idea to run away from the police while there's snow on the ground. Turned out he learned a hard lesson two times and his idea to run was absolutely terrible. First of all, there's snow and ice, so it will be very difficult to run away in that weather. Second, the cop deployed the taser once and dropped the suspect like a bad habit. But then the guy got up and tried running again, so the cop pressed the little button on the taser and dropped the suspect a second time. I guess that taser was ice cold, because that runner turned into an ice cube when he got zapped!
