We now have smash and grabs live on video, in the middle of the mall

Some dude is breaking into the cases at a jewelry store in a mall in broad daylight. He does not care who's watching, who's recording, or about security. And first of all, you know the mall jewelry store products aren't worth THAT much in comparison to other stores, but I guess he wasn't brave enough to try it somewhere else. This is just another reason why we need to FUND police and let them do their jobs, because there are so many Democrat cities who won't let cops do what they need to do.
