Walmart employee held hostage, cops do what needs to be done, investigation underway

Drastic
A woman took a Walmart employee hostage and the cops did what they had to do - they put the suspect down accordingly. WLBT had the scoop on the dire situation that likely left the employee terrified as can be. The news outlet reported:
Authorities have released the name of the woman shot and killed during a hostage situation Wednesday night at the Richland Walmart. The woman is said to be 21-year-old Corlunda McGinister, of West Helena, Arkansas, according to Bailey Martin, press secretary for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. The incident happened around 5:45 p.m. It is currently being investigated by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.
This all started when the woman got into a confrontation with the employee and it escalated worse than anyone could have expected.
