If you want to show appreciation for your hard working employees, then PAY THEM. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Don't buy them lunch that looks like it was cooked in a sewer. PAY THEM.

If your business is successful, then it's because of the people who are grinding and doing the daily tasks, making things happen, keeping it going, and crushing it on a daily basis.
