It seems like this mom was being silenced by a terrible school board while they discussed very inappropriate books found in the library or somewhere else, books that provide literally no value to education and were likely of the alphabet questionable type - you know, stuff kids don't need to be exposed to. The student jumped up and began talking, giving the school board a run for their money and putting them in their place.
