Sounds like this guy doesn't know what it means to go somewhere and see the native folks who live there. Obviously he's going to see Scottish people in Scotland, I thought that was kind of the normal thing to happen. When you go to a new place, you're going to see new people. It's common sense, but not everyone has it these days. Who else did he think would be there, some walking mermaids or something?
