Imagine trying to solve a major problem, spending billions on it, and then not having any idea how the money impacted the problem – or if it’s even solved anything at all. That’s basically California and Gavin Newsom who spent around $24 billion to help fight homelessness, but then couldn’t figure out how to measure the effectiveness of it.
You know what? If you can’t figure that out, then I want to know where the money was actually spent. I see way too many homeless videos coming out of California to believe they spent that money on anything that worked.
