(Crankers) California businesses have been ruined by thieves who constantly steal because they feel entitled and there was a big lack of prosecution. It was like the people in charge of prosecuting shoplifters never really did much about it, and it got so bad in certain parts of Gavin Newsom’s California that people began walking into stores with trash bags, filling them up, and walking out.
That’s all about to change and some of the recent shoplifters have learned the hard way. Prop 36 is in action and shoplifters are finally starting to be prosecuted the way they should be.
