(Crankers) Jeanine Pirro was on “Fox & Friends” when she made statements regarding the National Guard shooting.
Pirro announced charges, saying they plan to upgrade the charges of assault to first degree murder after one of the two victims passed away.
The suspect, an illegal immigrant Rahmanullah Lakanwal, was previously charged with three counts of assault with the intent to kill while armed and criminal possession of a weapon, officials said during a press conference on Thursday.
Lakanwal is accused of firing at two National Guard members, 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom (passed away) and 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe (critical condition).
The suspect was part of the thousands of Afghans brought to America during Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Turns out bringing all those barely vetted people into the country was a terrible idea, but nothing they can do about it now unless they do some kind of reverse migration.
Lakanwal originally faced three counts of assault with the intent to kill while armed and criminal possession of a weapon, but first degree murder charges will be coming up next. And more charges if the second victim dies too.
