(Crankers) The Napa County District Attorney’s Office stated it would not release the body cam video footage of Paul Pelosi because it could allegedly “jeopardize” an ongoing investigation, which is information provided by the California Highway Patrol and later reported by Fox News.

“The Public Records Unit (PRU) has determined the Department possesses records responsive to your request,” CHP told Fox News Digital in a letter in a response to a California Public Records Act  request last week.

“However, the Napa County District Attorney’s Office has advised the release of records would jeopardize an ongoing investigation. As such, records are being withheld pursuant to Government Code section 6254 (f),” per report.

The Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has, thus far, refused to comment on her husband’s arrest. Meanwhile, her husband faces a court date but still, at this time, there has been no decision on pending potential charges.
Following a recent DUI arrest, a court date has been set for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, though no decision has been made on whether he will face criminal charges.
Paul Pelosi agreed to a court date of Aug. 3 at 8:30 a.m. in Napa County Superior Court, announced Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley.
He will be arraigned at that time if criminal charges are filed. Haley’s office is currently reviewing charges stemming from the DUI arrest in May of Paul Pelosi in Napa County, California, said Haley.
“The case is currently under review to decide what, if any, charges will be filed against Mr. Pelosi. This is standard protocol for any DUI case that is referred by a law enforcement agency in Napa County,” she said.
82-year-old Paul Pelosi was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on May 29 for driving under the influence of alcohol with a .08% blood alcohol content or higher, after his car was struck by another vehicle.
At the time, Nancy Pelosi, who was on the East Coast declined to comment, as reported.
He was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections, cited and released.
“No decision has been made at this time. Any speculation to the contrary is incorrect. When a filing decision is made by the Napa County District Attorney, the media and public will be notified,” Haley added, as also reported.
Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested for allegedly driving drunk after there was a two-vehicle collision, as reported by the California Highway Patrol and records by the court.
Pelosi was quickly released on $5,000 bail and Speaker Pelosi has so far refused to comment on the situation.
“The CHP says Pelosi, 82, was driving a 2021 Porsche that was hit by 2014 Jeep as Pelosi’s car tried to cross a state road in Napa County. Pelosi was booked into the Napa County Detention Center on two DUI-related counts. He was released Sunday morning on $5,000 bail, court records show.
No one was hurt and the Jeep’s driver wasn’t arrested, the CHP added.
“The Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast,” a spokesperson for Pelosi told CBS News. Nancy Pelosi was in Rhode Island Saturday delivering the commencement address at Brown University,” as reported.
In other news regarding the Democratic House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi was barred from receiving communion by an Archbishop and at least three bishops who’ve spoken out against her.
Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was barred from receiving Holy Communion by San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone. He stated this was due to Pelosi’s opinion on abortion, which highlights the battle between the Catholic Church and liberal Democrats who support abortion.
